Our stunning Queen Ann style Inn features four charming guest rooms with high ceilings, hardwood floors, intricate woodwork, from the Victorian era, but you won’t find any floral wallpaper or old furniture covered with doilies; all rooms have private bathrooms, queen-sized beds with pillow-top mattresses, air conditioning, Wi-Fi/Internet access, and premium cable (HBO, Showtime). True to Victorian-era architecture, the rooms vary in size and style. Visit often and see them all!

Guest room

The guest room is located on the first floor beneath a magnificent copper beach tree. Privately accessed from a wrap-around porch, the Guest room has a private entrance, private bathroom, brick masonry, a gas fireplace, queen-size bed, air-conditioning, wireless internet access and cable television (HBO, Showtime, etc.). Amenities include a coffee/tea maker, and a small refrigerator stocked with welcome snacks. The Guest room sleeps two. However, if traveling with an extra guest, it can be expanded into an adjoining room with queen size sleeper sofa (additional rates apply).

Suite

The Suite is located on the second floor, accessed by a private exterior stairway. It has a separate bedroom (queen bed), fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, and sitting area (with sleeper sofa-bed), private bathroom, air conditioning, wireless internet access, and cable television (HBO, Showtime, etc.). A special feature is a private porch that commands a great view of the gardens. The Suite sleeps up to four (additional charges apply).

Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom is located on the second floor and accessed by an interior staircase. The Master Bedroom has a sitting room, bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, cable television (HBO, Showtime), wireless internet access and air conditioning. The Master bedroom faces south and east and has both great light and the shade of a giant copper beach tree. We offer a continental breakfast on the second floor landing outside of your bedroom in the morning. The Master Bedroom sleeps two.

Lakeview

The Lakeview room is located on the second floor and accessed by an interior staircase. It has a queen-size bed, private bathroom, cable television (HBO, Showtime), wireless internet access, and air conditioning. It features commanding views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains – be prepared to watch outstanding sunsets. We offer a continental breakfast on the landing outside of your bedroom each morning. The Lakeview sleeps two.
