Welcome to the 254 South Union Street Guesthouse, where we strive to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and unforgettable.  This guesthouse is located within walking distance to the University of Vermont (UVM), Champlain College, the start and finish line of the Vermont City Marathon, Church Street, and the Lake Champlain waterfront.  

     All of our newly-remodeled guest rooms have private entrances, private bathrooms, wireless internet access, cable television, plus many other perks to make your stay more convenient.

     We offer a large suite with a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area and sitting room that sleeps four people.  We also offer a smaller guest room with a gas fireplace that sleeps two people.
